Meet Vanguard
What Vanguard is
Vanguard is Revled Foundation's programme for young people aged 19-25, focused on moving from learning to earning: real career readiness, real exposure, and real direction.
Industry-led conversations are a core part of that. A handful of times a term, we bring in professionals like you to speak candidly with Vanguard participants about what your industry actually looks like day to day, how you got in, and what you wish someone had told you at their age.
- No teaching experience required, just your story and your honesty.
- Sessions are small and conversational, not auditorium-style.
- You choose the topics you're comfortable speaking on.

Each mentor session runs about 60 minutes: a short introduction, a guided conversation about your career journey and industry, and open Q&A with participants.
